A simple yet a flavorsome dessert, which is a combination of a thick rich custard and fresh fruits of varied texture and colour! Appealing to all your senses! Try this out. Happy cooking!

Ingredients
Stewing of pineapples
Pineapples - 2C
Sugar - as required
Water - 3tbsp

For Custard
Milk - 500ml
Egg yolks - 3
Sugar - 5tbsp
Cornflour - 2tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 1/2tsp

For Fruit salad
Mangoes - 2C
Seedless grapes - 1C
Pomegranate - 1/2
Green grapes - 1/2C
Apples - 2
Banana - 2
Orange - 2
Orange juice - 1/4C
Sugar - 2tbsp (optional)
