Shallots----------------------------- 8-10
Garlic --------------------------------12
Ginger------------------------------- 1 piece
Green chilli --------------------------5
Kashmiri chilli powder -------------1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -----------------1 tsp
Garam masala--------------------- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder------------------ 1/2 tsp
Tomato ------------------------------2
Coriander leaves_
Mint leaves
Lime juice
Salt
Eggs -----------------------------------4-5
Fried onions--------------------------- 2 tbsp
