AsProgrammer software, used in conjunction with an inexpensive CH341A-SPI programmer is one cost effective solution for "reading" and "writing" digital information to an EEPROM, especially for those who prefer Windows OS.

The video looks at the differences between two versions of AsProgrammer. In essence both are are identical in function, except that the later version caters for a wider range of "EEPROMs" and "Digital Interfaces". This doesn't mean that they all work with a CH341A programmer "without modification", if at all.
