All you need is a mat and something for hydration for this continuous cardio low-impact workout. We have 30 cardio-focused bodyweight exercises today. We perform each exercise for 60 seconds. There is no break time, so be on the lookout in the upper left-hand corner for the upcoming exercise. Once you hear that ding, we have switched. We are taking today's intensity around a low-moderate pace. I suggest going around 70-75% of your max effort. This should feel challenging, but something we can maintain for about 30 minutes. These are non-repeat exercises and there is no jumping today, but just because its low-impact doesn't mean its not challenging. This should challenge you : ) Remember, you and I are different so we do not have to go at the same speed/tempo. You can go faster, you can go slower... find a pace that is challenging for you. 2 pulse squats to knee-in with twist
Inchworm to 4 shoulder taps
2 pulsing lunges to 2 knee-ins, L
Repeaters, L
Side shuffle to 4 punches
2 pulsing lunges to knee-ins, R
Repeaters R
Front/back shuffle (pivot L)
Front/back shuffle (pivot R)
Squat/Lunge combo, L
