How To Curry Dry Pigeon Peas with Potato (Aloo)🍠 |Vegan Recipe

In this video I show you how to curry dry pigeon peas with potato (aloo)🍠 - a real easy vegan and vegetarian recipe.

🍡You will need:
1 1/2-2 cups dry pigeon peas
1/2 large onion sliced
1 large potato cut up into small pieces
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika powder
2 seasoning peppers finely chopped,
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce (optional)
