Salt Springs Camping in Ocala National Forest with Site by Site Video

Salt Springs is located in the Ocala National Forest. One of three National Park Campgrounds within the Ocala National Forest, and the only one consisting of full hookup for RVs.

When camping you do not have to pay entrance fee for spring, but they do ask you to walk to the spring unless handicap.
When visiting for the day the entrance fee is $12.68 pp

This campground is unique because it is one of the few that offers first come first serve.
There are sites available online to book 12 months in advance
This campground features 165 campsites
Pets allowed
A picnic table, fire pit, and charcoal grill are present at each site
There is a recreation area with basketball courts, corn hole, and horseshoes
There is a boat ramp located in the primitive section of the park
Checkout is 11am
Five people per site with two tents or one RV and one tent
-You are only allow five per site, after five they will have you reserve a second site
-Visitors of your site are free when you have less than five registered campers, after five registered campers the visitors must pay entrance fee
