Join me for an early morning walk from Droxford in Hampshire, England, to the top of the Iron Age hill fort at Old Winchester Hill.

On the way, we encounter a Norman church, the chalk stream of the Meon, the old Meon Valley Railway Line, a war memorial in an unusual location, and Bronze Age barrows dating from 4,500 to 3,500 BCE.
