Dimand Real Estate company is also investing in Botanikos, specifically in the industrial property of the former Athenian Paper Mill (Softex). The listed company has started work on the conversion of the former facilities of the paper industry, into a modern business park, which will have 48,000 sq.m. office buildings. In fact, agreements have already been signed for the lease of 25,000 sq.m., of which 7,000 sq.m. regarding Avis accommodation. At the same time, Dimand is considering the possibility of covering 8,000 - 10,000 sq.m. of the properties to be created, to house a foreign university, discussing with potential stakeholders.
