Is all of Carmel Indiana exciting? If you think this is a silly question you'd be surprised at how often I hear it. I don't think it's a silly one. Carmel, Indiana has a great reputation as a top place to live around Indianapolis. And, it has more exciting things than you might imagine... especially for a city of its size at just over 100,000 people. But, is ALL of Carmel Indiana exciting?
