Mercedes Benz W207 Coupe Cabriolet Soft Top Is Not Opening, Troubleshooting

The vehicle came to our garage with soft top symptom that the soft top (roof) was not operating (not opening).
After initial check and getting information from the customer, the customer explained to us that the car was involved in accident, and the car was hit by third party from behind and this impact deployed the rear seat head restraint to fully extended position.
so this is the nature of the vehicle while the rear head restraint are in extended position the roof closing and opening switch will not close and open the roof, in this episode or part we have shown you how to open the soft top manually while the rear seat head restraint are in fully extended position and also the following DTCs were stored in the Airbag module too : A71D, A718, 9C76, 9C58, 9C3A.
