Nourishing Recipes-
I try to eat a balanced diet, and consume plenty of healthy fats, fish and meat along with an abundance of fruits and veggies that we grow in the garden. I focus on drinking lots of water, or homemade juices. I have chosen to abstain from alcohol for the last several years, as I found my body really didn't feel well after any amount. I try to stay away from diets or fads, or looking at ANY food as good or bad, but just listen to my own body and be intentional with consuming foods that nourish and support my body as a whole. I don't believe in trying to look younger, I just want to be healthy. I'm 37 and definitely seeing changes in my body and face, and I'm embracing it.
