Hello Everyone,
In today's video, we will make a beautiful and decadent eggless chocolate rosette cake at home that too at almost 1/2 price compared to cost of such cakes sold in bakeries.

SERVES: ½ kg Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS:

Cake Base:
• ½ Cup (120 ml) Milk (दूध)
• 1 Tsp White Vinegar (सिरका)
• 1 Tbsp Dairy Whitener/Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर)
• ¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (पिसी हुई चीनी)
• ¼ Tsp Vanilla Essence/Extract (वनीला एसेंस)
• 1 Tbsp Oil (तेल)
• ½ Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)

Ganache:
• 400 gm Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)
• 200 ml Fresh Cream (फ्रेश क्रीम)
• 2 Tsp Butter (मक्खन)

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 25-30 min.
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.
