La Pavoni Europiccola - My Morning Routine! (more info in description!!)

An uncut video of my morning coffee routine using a La Pavoni Europiccola. I walk you through some of the steps I take to ensure tasty and (somewhat) consistent coffee on this notoriously unpredictable machine :)
A few things I forgot to mention were things I'd like to change about it in the near future, since it's already quite pleasant to use as is.
I plan on adding a pressure gauge so I can monitor my pressure and be more consistent; these are present on the professional and most other larger tank lever machines, but is absent on the Europiccola. It's an easy and relatively inexpensive mod which helps you measure your shots with a bit more accuracy.
The other thing I plan on adding is a single tip steam wand, which can be purchased as is or made with an M6 bolt from any hardware store (I think it's an M6, can't remember exactly) with an added hole with a drill bit; this should increase the pressure of the steam and create a more consistent milk foam.
This is mostly aesthetic, but I also plan on getting a bottomless portafilter as well as a wooden handle kit for all the knobs and handles. The bottomless portafilter will allow me to fit taller mugs under the group without removing the drip tray as well as get a look at the espresso formation to help look for uneven tamping, channeling or any other issues which get covered up by the spouts! In terms of the wood handles, I just like the feeling of wood texture on my hands, so I thought that would improve using experience with the machine.
