Clay pot cooking chai boey | leftover roast pork part 1 | Chinese mustard green stew and roast pork

In my last video, I showed you how I made my Chinese roast pork. In this video and next week video, I will show you how I use up any leftover roast pork. But, since I ate all my roast pork from the last video because it was so delicious and addictive just snacking away, I had to make another roast pork so I can use half of it in this video and the other half in the next video. Traditionally, 'Chai Boey" which is a Penang Hokkien word, meaning make use of leftover food (usually the roast meats like pork, duck, chicken) and adding fresh Chinese mustard greens for balanced nutrition with lots of different spices. In this video, I will show you how to make chai boey using clay pot cooking as an idea on how to make use of any leftover roast pork or roast meat. This is my family tradition, my mother's recipe. It is really simple, healthy and nutritious to eat and you can do it at home anytime and whenever you want to use up the leftover roast meat.
