July is the Breadfruit season for Sri Lanka. The Breadfruit was introduced to Sri Lanka in colonial periods and from that time Sri Lankans make different types of Breadfruit dishes. Breadfruit Curry is one of main Breadfruit dishes among Sri Lankans. Preparation of lunch together with Breadfruit Curry are illustrated throughout the video and it was supper tasty and healthy lunch as it was consisted with Mallum and a Fried Turkey Berries as well as all the ingredients are taken from the garden.
