Reasons to DENY and REJECT A JOB OFFER | When to Say NO When a Company Extends a Job Offer to You

Unpopular opinion: you don't have to say yes to a job offer. I wish this was something someone told me yearssss ago in my career - it would have saved me so much drama and stress!

In the same way that recruiters and companies can reject our resume and application citing that we're not a good fit, we don't have enough experience, or that they have someone who better meets their criteria, we can do the same thing!

In fact, there are some warning signs that we can experience during the interview process that could be signaling us to run for the hills. And that's what I'm discussing in this video!

Saying no to a job offer, especially one that gives you bad energy, can:

Help you avoid stress and mental health hurdles
Keep you from being underpaid
Prevent you from being overworked
Save you from a job that could make you MISERABLE
