Five Ancestor Fist consisted of 五祖拳由 （五祖鶴陽拳）:
Ming Tai Cho 明太祖拳, Monkey 齊天, White Crane 白鹤拳, Lo Han 羅漢拳 and Bodhidharma 達尊拳 [ 氣功 Qigong 靜坐 Meditation 念經 chanting ] was a Buddhist monk who lived during the 5th or 6th century. He is traditionally credited as the transmitter of Chan ( Zen ) to China 禅宗在中国 ( 禪修 Zen ) 修煉五祖拳包涵五合風格不 可失一實際基礎修煉法

Characteristics the ART of Five Ancestors Fist principles , foundation and techniques from five styles:

*The breathing methods and iron body of ~Bodhidharma (達尊拳)
