It is critical to know your machine. It will really help you out when you get into a sticky situation, because sticky situations will happen in the vending business. There are several parts in a vending machine and you don’t need to know all of them, but certain ones keep coming up and I recommend you get familiar.

In this episode we get into some vending machine parts and I explain them in the language used in the vending industry. Knowing the terminology in this business will allow you to move more swiftly towards a solution if a problem were to arise. You will be able to communicate better, with more confidence and with more clarity to your manufacturer tech support or third party vending repair service technicians.
