Welcome to my step by step tutorial on how to make this fabulous Gravity Defying Cube Cake! Lots of challenges with this one. I show you a few tips and tricks along the way. I really enjoyed making this cake because I made it for a local fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness and I was more than happy to donate the cake to the function organizers for the Charity event. IMPORTANT NOTES: You will need at least 4-6 lots of the Ganache Recipe depending on how big you make your cake and how many layers you use. It might also be a good idea to scale the size back to around 8". It was a VERY big and EXTREMELY heavy cake to transport!
