Ingredients:-

1 Kg Mutton
1 Kg Basmati Rice

Mutton Marination Ingredients:-

1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Cardmom Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
⅕ Tsp Salt
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
6 Cloves
1 Tsp Black Cumin
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
1 Handful Mint Leaves
250gr Curd
¼ Tsp Saffron
1 Cup Fried Onion
1 Cup Oil
2 Lemon Juice

Boil Rice Ingredients:-

4 Liter Water
1 Tsp Black Cumin
6 Cloves
½ Tsp Cardmom Powder
2 Tsp Oil
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
1 Handful Mint Leaves
1 Lemon
4 Tbsp Salt

Layering Ingredients:-

2 Tbsp Pure Ghee
½ Tsp Kewra Water
