How Much Can We Get DONE | Homesteader's Day In the Life

I have a lot of things to get done today, and I'm taking you guys along with me to keep me company ♥ I still have a 5-gallon bucket of carrots our in the garage refrigerator that I picked last fall that need to be processed. I have a box of frozen tomatoes from last season, along with a bunch of zucchini that we need to process as well. And there's a big batch of leaf lard from our batch of pigs we need to render down as well. Oh and while we're at it, let's make some zucchini bread as well.
