Black bean dip
1 can black beans
1 can white shoepeg corn
1/4 - 1/2 cup feta cheese
dressing :
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
drain and rinse beans, add corn and cheese.
put dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk, or place in a jar with lid and shake to dissolve sugar
dress the dip and serve with scoop chips
