Trini Pot Bake or Roast Bake

Here is my Mom's recipe for pot bake. This is her personal recipe so I'm happy to share it with you!

Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of white sugar
1 teaspoon of instant yeast
4 tablespoons of butter, lard, ghee, oil, vegetable shortening (margarine)
1/2 cup - 3/4 cup of lukewarm water (to make a soft dough)
