1. Cut out bell peppers I use all colors.
2. Add garlic, onion, green onion parsley cut into small slices.
3. Add oil to a hot pan add the bell peppers and onions cover let it steam
4. Add the rest of the ingredients green onion parsley etc…
5. Make sure you remove the bones from your (Aran) Herring let it sit in water to remove some of the salt
6. Taste for your liking.
7. Add to pan with everything else cover it add seasoning of choice. Try not to use salted seasonings.
8. Cover it for about 5-8 minutes. Ready to serve with some bread or whatever is your favorite side.
