Chicken Keema Recipe:

For Tomato Puree -

Tomato - 4 nos

To Make Keema:

Chicken Mince - 500 grams
Oil - 3 tbsp
Bay Leaf - 1 no
Green Cardamom - 4 nos
Cinnamon - ½ inch
Cloves - 6 nos
Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 4 nos
Onion (finely chopped) - 2 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Water - 1 ½ Cups
Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a mixer grinder, add the tomatoes and grind it into smooth to extract the tomato puree.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds and saute.

3. Add green chilli, onion and saute till it gets golden brown.

4. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and saute for a minute.

5. Add the extracted tomato puree and cook for 3 mins.

6. Add the chicken mince and cook till the water is evaporated.

7. Add 1 ½ Cups of water, cover and simmer for 10 mins or until it reaches the desired consistency.

8. Add black pepper powder, coriander leaves, mix well and remove from the heat.
