炒三色米茶Stir-Fried Three-Color Rice Tea
今次繼續介紹炒米茶, 這次用三色米This time I will continue to introduce fried rice tea, this time using three-color rice
這次我們會用三色米加入陳皮 This time we will use three-color rice to add tangerine peel
和用三色米加入紅棗, 南棗, 黑棗Use three-color rice to add red dates, dried jujubes, black dates
三色米就是指黑米, 糙米, 紅米Three-color rice refers to black rice, brown rice, and red rice
黑米有叫做長壽米有補血作用Black rice is called longevity rice and it has blood tonic effect
糙米的維生素和纖維比大米高Brown rice has higher vitamins and fiber than rice
