Why did I leave consulting?

Management consultants often quit their job after 2-4 years. Some are attracted by offers with higher pay, more autonomy, or better work-life balance; others quit to get new experiences and refresh their learning curve or to pursue other long-term plans. And lastly, a few consultants quit withdrawing from consulting culture.
