Blackcurrants are very rich Anthocyanins, which have been proven to support heart health, prevent certain cancer types, prevent glaucoma and support overall eye health. They are packed with immune-boosting antioxidants such as Vitamin C and are a powerhouse of health. I make the juice by combining 100 grams of Blackcurrants, 2 Apples and 1 Pear.
