I spent $526 at the only 3 Michelin Star Vegan restaurant in the World ⭐️

I wanted to do something special for my birthday, so I decided to splurge for a fancy dinner, eating at the world's only 3 Michelin star vegan restaurant: Eleven Madison Park in New York City.

It was even voted the best restaurant in the world in 2017 and I wouldn't be surprised if it was the most expensive vegan restaurant in the world too. documented the whole thing cuz i knew it wasn't something i'd be doing often and wanted to remember all the details. such a cool experience.
