Ingredients:

150 gm cabbage (shredded)
Half a carrot (shredded)
1 chili (you can omit this and add 1/2 tsp white pepper in the batter mix)
10 to 15 stalks chives (largely chopped)
100 gm bean sprouts
Coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 red onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
7 bulbs shallot (sliced and fried)

Batter mix:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water

This recipe is good for about 20 vegetable fritters.
