This song is very wacky, my personal interpretation is as follows-

A young girl gets broken up with in essence (who can say if they were ever really dating or if it was wishfully unrequited) but she takes it so hard that she wants to end it all. Maybe to get back at the dude in some way, or maybe just bc she feels broken at this point.

Regardless, it's not explicitly stated but it appears to me as if she's having an overdose on some kind of medication. It sounds really morbid i do admit but with how scary and dream-like the video is, that Idea makes just a little sense to me. Plus the countdown as well idk it made me emotional lol
