Hi! My name is Susanne. I am a Christian mom of 3 over 50. Are you struggling to lose weight and feel fit and youthful like you once were? Me too!

My story:
Until I was about 45 years old maintaining my weight was relatively easy. For the past 6 years no matter what I tried I was not able to lose more than a couple of pounds and then I would ultimately gain them back. I felt very frustrated and hopeless.

So back in December of 2024 my weight loss game was changed when I started learning more about insulin resistance and other obstacles that I believe were making it very difficult for me to lose any weight over 50. I created this channel to help other women lose weight by sharing my experiences. I hope you'll join me in striving to feel better at 50 than you ever have.

To date, I have lost 23 pounds in a 10 month period, the first 10 I lost in the first month and I have been slowly but surely lost an additional 13 pounds. My goal is to lose 45 lbs total which would put me at 130 pounds. Will you join me?
