For the Dough:
150g All Purpose Flour
Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Oil
Water (as required)
Oil

For the filling:
1 tsp Oil
10-15 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
2 Spring Onions (chopped)
1 floret of Broccoli (chopped)
¼ cup Red Cabbage (chopped)
¼ cup Spring Onion Green (chopped)
¼ cup yellow Capsicum (chopped)
¼ cup Red Capsicum (chopped)
¼ cup Sweet Corn
½ cup cabbage, Carrot & Beans (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
¼ tsp Raw Mango Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Making the momos:
All Purpose Flour (for dusting)
Oil (for frying)
