INGREDIENTS -
Rice (Kolam/tukda or any small rice) - 1 cup
Dhuli moong dal - 1 cup
Dhuli masoor dal - 2 tbsps
Desi ghee - 2-3 tbsps
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cloves - 2
Black pepper - 8-10
Dry red chillies - 2
Bay leaf - 1
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
French beans - 1/2 cup
Chopped carrot - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander poeder - 1 tsp
Water - 5-6 cups approximately


For Tempering -
Desi ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
