raw herbs : 40% Leek(green top) - 35% parsley - 20% coriander - 5% fenugreek
a little bit spinach

ingredients for 4
400g mutton or lamb (mushrooms for vegetarian)
400g sauté herbs
2/3 cup bean
1medium onion
1/2tsp turmeric
100g tail fat
oil
salt & pepper
