Chicken Sandwich

2 chicken breast
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
Seasonings: paprika, S&P, garlic powder, onion powder, & cayenne.
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbs hot sauce
Pickles
Brioche buns

💗Pound chicken to flatten it first & cut in half. Place in a bowl with buttermilk & 1 tsp of paprika, garlic powder, and S&P. You can marinate up to 24 hrs or use right away.
💗Mix flour, cornstarch, & 1 tbs of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, & cayenne in a bowl. Add 2-3 tbs of buttermilk batter & stir. Coat the chicken with flour & fry 4-6 min per side.
💗For spicy mayo combine mayo, hot sauce, 1 tsp paprika, & 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Toast buns if desired & assemble sandwich.
