What is 'The ISM Code (International Safety Management Code)' for Mariners and Seafarers??

This video explains the ISM Code and its requirements and structure for mariners intending to appear for certification exams and practical application at sea.
ISM code has been existing since before 2002 and may be understood very well by experienced mariners. This video supplements existing knowledge to both experienced and novice mariners.
