This tutorial is intended for Pilates students to assist in piecing together exercises when creating a program for the Intermediate client. Learn Up Stretch 1, 2 and 3, Long Stretch and Arabesque in this series of Full Body Integration exercises. The student will observe what the objective is, what the muscle focus is, what to watch for from the client and ways to cue their client. Recommended springs are 1R and 1B springs on a Balanced Body reformer.
