This tutorial is intended for Pilates students to assist in piecing together exercises when creating a program for the Beginner client. Learn a basic series of Back Extension exercises which include: Pulling Straps 1 and 2. These set of exercises are intended to target the lats, multifidus and other muscles that support the spine while strengthening the entire posterior side of the body. The student will observe what the objective is, what the muscle focus is, what to watch for from the client and ways to cue their client. Recommended springs is 1B on a Balanced Body reformer.
