The Action Falls Programme for Care Homes

Описание к видео The Action Falls Programme for Care Homes

Falls are common, harmful, costly and difficult to prevent. The Action Falls programme has been found to be a highly effective and economically efficient falls prevention intervention. The programme has shown to reduce the number of falls in care home residents by 43% in the Falls in Care Homes (FinCH) randomised controlled trial.

'Action Falls Train the Trainer' eLearning is now available and is designed for individuals who are committed to reducing falls in care homes and wish to train, mentor and enable care home staff in implementing the Action Falls programme.
