How to (re) calculate shaping rate for sleeves (and raglans) // Technique Tuesday

Описание к видео How to (re) calculate shaping rate for sleeves (and raglans) // Technique Tuesday

This video demonstrates how to calculate the shaping rate (how often to increase or decrease) to create a shape with specific dimensions. I demonstrate how the calculations are done, but I also demonstrate how to use a shaping calculator (link below) to do the calculations for you. In addition, I'll explain how to re-calculate the shaping rate in a published pattern, in case your row gauge doesn't match, or in case you want the shaped portion to be longer or shorter.
