Fr. Michael walks us through the long process of the revision of the Constitutions. Project 3 was submitted in December, 1983, but the final version, approved by Rome, was not finished until June, 1990. Throughout this whole period, Fr. Michael himself was very closely involved in all the various phases of the process. He has some behind-the-scenes anecdotes as well as much appreciation for some of the revisions made by others.
