1 Tbsp dark soya sauce, to fry noodles
2 eggs
Oil for frying

Seasoning

1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
1/8 tsp pepper powder
1/2 C water
1 tsp soy sauce
