Mixed Vegetable Stir Fry With Prawns Easy & Quick, Aunty Mary Cooks. Mixed vegetable stir fry is a great way of serving different types of vegetables in a dish. Prawns or shrimps is always a good addition to vegetable stir fry. Not only is it delicious but it adds colour to the dish too. It is easy and quick. Stir fry is a very popular Chinese way of cooking especially for vegetables as it locks in the freshness of the vegetables and retains the colour. It’s quick and easy too. Aunty Mary shows how to cook this easy recipe of mixed vegetable stir fry with prawns.

Ingredients

400g ready cooked frozen prawns, defrost
1 packet sugar snap peas (160g)
1 packet baby corn, (145g), cut into wedges
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop
1 knob ginger, slice thinly
Oil for frying

Seasoning

1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
1/8 tsp pepper powder
1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1/3C water

Note:
1. I used ready cooked frozen king prawns. It comes very handy but you can use fresh prawns.
2. You can use other vegetables too.
