Vata and Pitta constitutions are almost opposite to each other, and as I'm almost an equal mixture of both, it's quite a challenge to balance both at the same time. Different seasons pose different problems, but in this video I talk about the 14 principles that keep my body and mind balanced throughout the whole year. What's your constitution?
