How To Harvest Kale So It Keeps Growing

Harvesting Kale Cut & Come Again. If you harvest kale correctly, the plant will continue to grow and produce leaves. Always harvest the older, larger leaves from the bottom of the stalk. If you harvest in this fashion, the plant will continue to produce new leaves. Do not harvest leaves from the top as it could stunt the plants growth.
