👨‍🍳INGREDIENTS THAT I USE:-

BELGAGRA FISH = 1 kg

ONION = 3 - 4 piece

GREEN CHILLI = 5 - 6 piece

TOMATO = 2 - 3 piece

MUSTARD OIL = 3 - 4 tsp

SALT = to taste

GINGER, GARLIC PASTE = 2 - 3 tbsp

TURMERIC POWDER = ½ tbsp

FISH MASALA = 1 small packet

GARAM MASALA = 1 - 2 tbsp

WATER = 2 - 3 glass

BAY LEAF = 3 - 4 piece

SOME CORIANDER LEAVES IN END

DRY RED CHILLI = 3 - 4 piece

CORIANDER = ½ tbsp

CUMIN SEEDS = 1 tbsp

BLACK PEPPER = 1 tbsp

BLACK CARDAMOM = 2 piece

GREEN CARDAMOM = 3 - 4 piece

CINNAMON = 1 piece

MACE = 2 - 3 piece

STAR ANISE = 1 piece

STONE FLOWER = 1 piece

BLACK CUMIN SEEDS = 1 tbsp

DRY GINGER = small piece
