Welcome to Day 6 of 30 Days of Upper Body Yoga! Today’s practice offers a gentle blend of stretches and core work to release tension and bring ease to the upper body.

🌬️ Breath Awareness: Begin with mindful breathing, grounding yourself in calmness and setting the tone for a soothing practice.

💆 Neck & Shoulder Release: Gently ease tension in the neck and shoulders, creating a sense of lightness and relaxation.

🌾 Forward Folds: Flow into gentle forward folds, allowing your back, neck, and shoulders to soften and release.

🌿 Side Body Stretches: Transition into a side body stretches to lengthen through the sides and encourage deeper, expansive breaths.

🔥 Core Activation: Engage in a gentle core exercise to support stability and bring warmth to the upper body.

🌱 Āpānāsana: Draw the knees into the chest to massage the spine and release any residual tension.

🌟 Shavāsana: Conclude in relaxation, letting your body absorb the calming effects of today’s gentle movements.
