500 grams beef (preferably tender cuts like sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon papaya paste (optional, helps in tenderizing the meat)
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons oil (for marinating)
For Cooking:
cook for 15 minutes in preasure cooker
Instructions
Marinating the Beef:

In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, and papaya paste.
Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, salt, black pepper, cinnamon powder, and ground nutmeg to the mixture.
Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for better flavor and tenderness.
For Frying:

For frying, heat oil or ghee in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef cubes to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
Serving:

Once the beef is cooked, remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with sliced onions, chopped fresh coriander leaves, and lemon wedges.
Serve hot with naan, paratha, or as an appetizer.
