House In Middle Of 2 Railroads! CSX & Norfolk Southern Trains In Walton Kentucky, Oldest House Here

Trains In The Backyard & Trains In The Front Yard. CSX & Norfolk Southern Trains. Train With DPU, Grain Trains, Auto Racks Train & Mixed Freight Trains In Walton, Kentucky. The oldest house in Walton is the Abner Gaines House. It was built before the railroads were even here. 1960gambit and I filmed trains here and at Locust Street where you park between the railroad lines. The railroad crossing on Locust Street is cross buck protected for CSX and has lights, gates & bell for Norfolk Southern Railroad.
First we see a CSX train running south from Cincinnati to Louisville, Kentucky. This train is at the railroad crossing on Locust Street. Then we see two Norfolk Southern trains on the NS Rat Hole Line that runs from Cincinnati to Chattanooga , Tennessee.
Then we move over to the Abner Gaines House which is also in Walton, Kentucky and just a short distance to the north. The first train is a Norfolk Southern mixed freight running south. We take a close look at an abandoned railroad crossing.
After that we move to the rear of the Abner Gaines House. I heard a train approaching on 161.370 and decided to film it. However, another Norfolk Southern train went by in front of the house first. I couldn't get to the front in time. The NS trains use 160.950 but the highway traffic is so loud that I could not hear much on my radio. I caught the northbound CSX train which was an auto racks train almost a mile long. You can hear my radio with the defect detector going off a mile away at mile post 89 on the CSX Short Line. NS has a nearby defect detector and it is located at mile post 20 on the Rat Hole Line.
The last train is a Norfolk Southern grain train running northbound. Shortly after that train a high rail train ran north. That was King Foul Da Main. He fouled the main line and we waited over two hours and nothing else ever came so we left. It's always a good idea to leave after a high rail truck passes. On my way home I heard a train trip the defect detector at mile post 14 on the Norfolk Southern line. I think it was a short local and I leap frogged around it and never saw it.
